Terms of Sale

Effective August 15, 2026

These Terms of Sale govern the one-time purchase you make when you click "Publish" on a trip built with Noxteq. By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing payment, you accept these terms. If you don't agree to them, don't complete the purchase.

1. What you're buying

Your payment covers a single license: the right to publish the one specific trip project you completed checkout for as a live, publicly reachable, installable web app, for as long as Noxteq operates that trip's hosting. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and it does not automatically cover any other trip, past or future — a separate trip requires a separate purchase.

After publishing, you keep the ability to edit that trip's design, icon, name, and widgets at no extra charge. The dates and destination set during onboarding are not editable from the dashboard after publishing except by contacting support.

2. No refunds once published

Publishing happens immediately on successful payment, and the license is fully delivered at that moment. Because of that, payments are final and non-refundable once your trip has been published, except where a refund is required by law that cannot be waived by agreement. If something went wrong on our end — a failed publish, a duplicate charge, a bug that broke your trip — contact us and we'll make it right.

3. The service is provided "as is"

Noxteq is a small, independently-run product. We work to keep published trips online and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, that the app will be error-free, or that data pulled in from your connected Google Sheet, weather feeds, or currency-conversion services will always be complete or correct. Nothing in your published trip — itinerary times, weather, exchange rates, travel-restriction notices, or anything else — is professional travel, financial, medical, or legal advice. You're responsible for verifying real-world details (flight times, visa and entry requirements, vaccination rules, border restrictions, and similar) directly with airlines, embassies, and official government sources before you travel.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noxteq and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of a published trip or reliance on anything shown in it — including, without limitation, missed flights or reservations, travel disruption, or financial loss. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it's limited to the amount you actually paid for the trip giving rise to the claim.

5. Your content and your use

You're responsible for the content you put into your trip — itinerary entries, notes, photos, and anything else — and for making sure you have the right to use it and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights or the law. You agree to indemnify and hold Noxteq and its operator harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it. We may also change, add, or remove features of the service going forward, provided that doesn't take away the core license described in Section 1 for trips already published.

7. Contact

Questions about a purchase or a refund request under Section 2: payment@noxteq.com. Anything else in these terms: support@noxteq.com.
