Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of noxteq.com and the trip apps built with it. By creating an account or otherwise using Noxteq, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to them, don't use the service.

1. The service

Noxteq lets you build a customizable, installable web app for a trip — pick a destination and look, connect a Google Sheet to hold your day-by-day itinerary, and share the result with the people traveling with you. Publishing a trip (making it live at its own public link) is a separate, paid action governed by our Terms of Sale.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account or an email/password account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Google account access

Connecting a Google Sheet or importing bookings from Calendar requires a separate Google consent, which grants only the specific, limited access described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke that access at any time from your Google Account, independent of your Noxteq account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Noxteq to store or publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; to attempt to access another user's trip or account data; to interfere with or disrupt the service (its infrastructure, rate limits, or security measures); or to misuse the AI features to generate content that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Your content

You're responsible for the content you put into a trip — itinerary entries, notes, photos, and anything else — and for making sure you have the right to use it. You retain ownership of it; we only store and display it as needed to provide the service. You agree to indemnify and hold Noxteq harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your content or your violation of these terms.

6. Service "as is"

Noxteq is a small, independently-run product, provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free. Nothing shown in a trip app — itinerary times, weather, exchange rates, travel-restriction notices, or anything else — is professional travel, financial, medical, or legal advice; verify real-world details directly with airlines, embassies, and official sources before you travel.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noxteq and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including without limitation missed flights or reservations, travel disruption, or financial loss.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including a published trip found to contain unlawful or abusive content. Where reasonably possible, we'll try to notify you first.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or change, add, or remove features of the service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
